Using Paint Alive
Paint Alive provides a personal digital coloring studio on supported Apple devices. You may use the app and your finished artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with its operation.
Membership
An active membership is required to use the full studio. The weekly, monthly, and yearly plans unlock the same features. Prices and any introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that date. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases and restoration
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s billing and refund rules. Use Restore Purchases in the app when reinstalling or moving to another device using the same Apple Account.
Canvases and artwork
Paint Alive and its supplied canvases, interface, and branding remain protected by intellectual-property law. You keep ownership of the creative choices and original additions you make to your paintings, subject to rights in the underlying canvas.
Availability
We work to keep catalog delivery and membership access reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may evolve as we improve the studio or meet platform requirements.
